Compassion and dedication are the two ingredients that makes a great lawyer.  The better lawyers understand your needs and legal issues. From Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland, Rebecca moved to Fredericton in 2009 to pursue her Law Degree at the University of New Brunswick. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2008 and a Bachelor of Education Degree in 2009 from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Rebecca successfully completed her Law Degree in 2012 and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2013.

Rebecca is an Associate Lawyer at The Burke Law Group and maintains a general legal practice, with a focus on criminal and family law. She is no stranger to our legal system, having appeared at all levels of New Brunswick Courts.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is an avid traveller and has spent time in Kigali, Rwanda working for the Rwandan Ministry of Justice. She is currently a board member for the Nurses Association of New Brunswick and the John Howard Society of New Brunswick.
